statement

i tend to be the kind of person who needs to plan things out or go by schedules in order to function in my typical everyday life. however, it is my photography that slows me down from moving too fast and gives me the ability to be more spontaneous.

currently, i am exploring new concepts in my photography and mixed media that involve family history and americanization.

in 2000, i graduated from san jose state university with a bfa in photography and a minor in graphic design.

i have exhibited in san jose, san francisco, sacramento and fresno.
